Job Summary:

The Sales Admin plays a critical role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team by ensuring efficient execution of sales and marketing processes, compliance with company standards, and strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales support

  • Manage distributor contracts and ensure timely changes.
  • Prepare and release monthly price lists, promotional programs, and bonus announcements.
  • Compile and submit monthly fertilizer import reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

2. Marketing support

  • Coordinate production and distribution of promotional gifts.
  • Manage vendor and agency payments and support marketing material control.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on research projects (e.g., customer engagement, brand awareness).
  • Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Yara’s digital tools (Repsly, Yara FarmCare, Yara Connect).
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

3. Other responsibilities 

  • Adhere strictly to Yara’s compliance standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Uphold and promote Yara’s values, culture, and reputation with all stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Support Yara’s HESQ performance and foster a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Volunteer as an ambassador in company engagement activities and cross-functional projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales to distributors, retailers, and customers through effective network development.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and distributor targets across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Implement strategies to grow value chain partners, including traditional and e-commerce channels.
  • Coordinate pricing and promotional policies aligned with Sales & Marketing objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Growth mindset, optimistic attitude

Internal and External Contacts:

  • Internal: All YVL functions, particularly the Sales & Marketing team.
  • External: Distributors, retailers, farmers, vendors, and agencies.

Working Conditions:  Based in Vietnam, travel for market visits if required.
